Launched as part of the 2018-2019 Freestyle Collection, the Air Max 270 ‘Doernbecher’ features the letters ‘AB’ on the tongue and heel, representing the initials of Aiden Barber, the sneaker's young designer. It also points to Aiden’s motto, Always Believe, which appears on the shoe’s lateral heel. A forest-inspired camouflage print on the mesh upper pays respect to his cousin, a member of the military.
